REDEEMED the consignment place contains both previously owned & new items. We accept items that are 2 years old or newer, mid to high-end labels, and items for the current season. All items must be freshly laundered, pressed, with no damage or noticeable wear to them.  Along with clothes we also consigned shoes, boots, scarves,  and accessories.

How Do You Start Consigning?

Call the REDEEMED location you are looking to consign through and make an appointment either with

Once you have a scheduled appointment sort through your closet and decide what items you are looking to consign. The REDEEMED staff will determine what items we can sell at our store and which items will not. During your appointment an online account will be created under an assigned number. This number will be your way of checking which of your items have sold.  Also you will be required to read over and sign our consignor contract. We can donate any items that we feel we can’t sell, or you can take these back home with you. The staff of REDEEMED are known to be very selective, which is the reason our stores are such a great place to shop!

Once your items have been entered into the system we will set a price and tag the items. We do charge $1.00 tagging fee per item we take. If we’ve had the items for a prolonged period of time, you can pick up anything that is unsold or we can donate any unsold items to our local charities.

Please note we do note accept the following items:

Lingerie, swimsuits, vintage, items that smell musty or like smoke

What is your consignment payout percentage?

As a consignor, you will receive 40% of the final price each item sells for.

How do I Collect my Payout?

At REDEEMED, we pay our consignors twice a year in November and May. To receive a payout, contact the location where you created your consignor account and request a cheque. If you have available credit on your account you can use it at any time to purchase items at either location. As a consignor, buying within the store on your account, you will receive 25% off your purchases.
